We at Wolff & Company Inc. are dedicated to continually bringing the highest

quality product possible to our customer. To accomplish this requires a

continuous open-line of communication throughout the construction, remodeling

and handyman process from conception to final completion. Every vendor,

subcontractor, employee, and especially the customer must be involved in this

process. We have learned through experience that by meeting on a continuous

basis all that are involved stay focused on the project at hand.

It has been our commitment to provide beautiful and creative solutions to the

challenges our clients have with their homes. It is necessary to insure that their

designs are buildable within agreed upon budget parameters. All too often, in the

design process, customers fall in love with designs only to learn that they cannot

be built within their budget guidelines. At Wolff & Company Inc., our clients never

receive a design option without a budget to go along with it.

We invite you to call us for any of your present or future home improvement

needs.

   Winter Season Tips

 Irrigation

Since the Winter is upon us. Not a realy winter but nice for us here in Sunny Florida. If you take care of your own sprinkler system, now is the time to test the system.

Gutters & Downspouts

This item should usually be checked before the rainy season but with so much rain and having cleared quite a few gutters this past summer its safe to say it would be worth your time to grab a ladder and check all your gutters or give us a call and we'll take care of the clearing for you.

A/C Check-up

Since you are outside anyway, take a look at your A/C condensing unit. The pictures below show the difference between a well insulated pressure line and a line that s insulation has deteriorated over the years.

               BEFORE

                AFTER

By replacing the insulation on your compressor line you able to save aproximately 1-3% on your cooling costs. Not a great savings but if you have 2 or more units running throughout the summer it can make a difference on your electric bill. JW
